Dear Valued Customer,
I hope you are doing well and keeping your spirits up in these trying times. Our team at ASC is carrying on and we do not anticipate any significant disruptions to our operations at this point. Per recommendations of the CDC, federal and state authorities we are employing measures to limit the risk of COVID-19 infection for our employees, their families, and the community at large:
- Any employee whose responsibilities allow them to work from home will be required to do so until further notice.
- Business visits to ASC are cancelled or, when strictly necessary, controlled prior to arrival to ensure that visitors have not had any symptoms for the previous 14 days.
- We have implemented an enhanced cleaning program using our validated deep cleaning procedure.
Movement of goods has not been restricted so far. Therefore, all our efforts are directed at maintaining normal operations and meeting customer demand. However, we cannot be sure that future disruptions will not occur and we suggest that customers place their orders as soon as possible.
This is an extremely fluid situation that changes on an hourly basis. We will closely monitor the development of the COVID-19 crisis and will, if necessary, update the aforementioned precautionary measures and keep you apprised of any changes to our status.
