Account Executive (Hybrid)

Are you located in Florida? Are you looking to break into the medical device sales industry? We are currently looking for someone who is upbeat, talented, and a driven individual who will thrive in the fast-paced sales environment. This is ideal for those interested to take on the challenge of achieving ambitious growth objectives and is comfortable dealing directly with clients and decision-makers. This opportunity will give you experience in the medical device world. At least 1 year of sales experience required, but not required to have medical sales experience. We will train you to sell our products!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Making cold calls and sending emails out to prospects.
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products to prospective buyers.
  • Handles sample requests from prospective buyers, suggests appropriate product, ensures samples are sent in a timely manner, and follows up with prospective customers.
  • Developing sales strategies and hitting quotas.
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM database of your accounts.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Collecting customer feedback.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Traveling for sales opportunities, product presentations, customer meetings, tradeshows and workshops.
  • Weekly travel required.

Skills:

  • Experience working in a sales or customer facing role.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree or greater.
  • 1 year in a sales or customer facing role.

  • This is an entry level position starting at $45,000 with uncapped commission. OTE $65,000 in the first year.
